Water Powered Mobiles

Juste for fun, But how Knows...OK, not strictly water-powered, but water-recharged. Cellular News is reporting efforts by DoCoMo and Aquafairy to develop a water-based micro fuel cell that can be used to recharge a mobile phone. The fuel cell aims to provide an output of two watts, which is sufficient to recharge a mobile phone in about the same time it takes a normal AC adaptor.

The fuel cell will be able to be used several times, and the development effort comes after the successful development of a polymer electrolyte fuel cell.
